Take your time to try your items at home. Your 100-day return policy remains fully active for all existing US orders.

✔ Transparent Return Shipping & Refunds

For full returns within 14 days, your original standard shipping fee is refunded. Pre-paid return label costs are transparently deducted from your final refund amount.

✔ Manual Return Assistance

Because automated US portal labels are temporarily paused, please email info@gusti-leather.com with your order number to receive your return label.

✔ Refunds & Warranty Coverage

Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Standard 1-year and paid extended warranties remain active, with free two-way shipping for valid repairs or defects.

Note on Personalized Items: Customized or engraved products are excluded from voluntary returns and statutory cancellation. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights regarding defective or damaged goods.

Important Notice for Non-EU Returns:

When returning items from outside the EU, please ensure the package is clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration (CN22/CN23 form). Any customs charges incurred by us due to incorrect parcel declarations will be deducted from your total refund amount.
